Coronavirus – Your support in action
The Coronavirus has impacted almost every corner of the world. People in the UK and Ireland are suffering. We cannot see and touch and feel the love of those close to us.
Many are going through financial difficulty. But everyone is supporting each other and mobilizing to help in whatever way they can.
The people that Papua Partners work with in West Papua are particularly at risk from this virus. Many have no access to a hospital or clinic and have no access to clean water to wash their hands. Many live in crowded conditions or are in temporary refugee settlements after fleeing from conflict where the virus can cause devastation.

Where We Work
West Papua is the western half of the island of New Guinea bordering Papua New Guinea. It is part of Indonesia. Just south of the equator, West Papua contains some of the highest mountains, densest jungle, and richest mineral resources
in the world. It is home to over 300 tribes and incredible biodiversity.
Our vision is for a peaceful, just and thriving Papuan Society where the social, economic and political environments enable all peoples to assume their full identities and realise their full potential.
Our approach of equipping, accompanying and mobilising Papuan organisations, individuals, churches and networks enables deep, widespread and sustainable change. Over the last 10 years the work of our partners has impacted over 100,000 people.
Your generous support is what makes this work possible. We are committed to investing our funds wisely in empowering Papuan organisations, churches and individuals as well as activities that mobilise wider change and transform peoples lives.
