How we work
We partner with local experts to equip churches, networks, organisations and agents of change so that they will have the skills to train others and establish processes for positive change at all levels in community transformation, peacebuilding and empowering women and stopping gender-based violence.
We walk alongside and accompany those who are out on the front lines and leading or facilitating change in their communities. This includes individuals on their own or from organisations, networks or church leaders.
We do this through mentoring, coaching, and facilitation of thematic cohorts and learning exchanges so that they would be able to lead and mobilise change more effectively.
We support the mobilising of churches, organisations, networks and agents of change to scale their impact for transformation and impact through resourcing high impact initiatives (seed projects), supporting movement building and actively facilitating networking and advocacy nationally and internationally for the rights of West Papuans.
